A municipal planner, and an experienced political strategist, Adam brings a unique lens to resolving complex challenges and policy issues.

Despite his youth, Adam has a deep resume of political experience, crossing multiple levels of government across the country. This includes working as the Quebec Youth Chair on Dr. Kellie Leitch’s 2017 leadership campaign for the Conservative Party of Canada, where he frequently represented the campaign on CBC News. Most recently, he supported John Tory’s successful 2018 re-election campaign as Mayor of Toronto.

Adam served as the President of the Conservative Association at McGill University, worked as a Campus Coordinator for the Manning Centre, and as a Communications and Outreach Strategist in the re-election bid of a BC Provincial Cabinet Minister.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Development and Urban Systems from McGill University, and a Master’s in Urban Planning with a specialization in Urban Development from Ryerson University. Adam’s thesis explores the municipal decision-making process relative to cycling infrastructure in the highly politicized environment of the GTHA. He also worked for Ryerson Urban Water where he authored a chapter in a comprehensive review of global “Blue Roof” policies for the Credit Valley Conservation Authority and the Canadian Federation of Municipalities.

Through his various roles, Adam has built a strong foundation of skills in research, community outreach, digital campaigns, and campaign strategies. Adam was also named as one of Kelowna’s “Top 40 under 40,” and is proud of his BC roots.
