Elizabeth Campbell is a Senior Consultant at Counsel Public Affairs, based in Ottawa.
A knowledgeable political strategist, Elizabeth’s deep understanding of federal parliamentary functions helps her clients work alongside Members of Parliament to effectively advance their ideas.
Beginning as a Parliamentary Assistant before advancing to the pivotal role of Office Manager, Elizabeth has a deep understanding of the mechanisms that drive effective government operations. She combines her understanding of political intricacies with exceptional client service skills to create strategies that drive impactful policy change.
Prior to her role on Parliament Hill, Elizabeth worked with the Conservative Party of Canada as a National Service Desk Agent and Team Lead during the 2019 federal election. She returned in 2021 to co-manage a Toronto-area campaign in the federal election, where she also served as the Official Agent for the candidate. Most recently, she has been working as an in-house strategy manager on federal relations for a major Canadian company. In this role, Elizabeth works alongside the client’s priorities to serve the company’s big-picture goals.
A graduate of Carleton University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Elizabeth’s academic foundation is rooted in understanding human behaviour and motivations.
