Counsel Public Affairs welcomes Kayla Mouzos as a Senior Consultant with our Ontario Practice, based in Toronto.
Kayla is a public affairs and communications professional with experience across government relations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Her work focuses on supporting clients through complex political and policy environments, helping translate emerging issues into thoughtful, results-driven strategies that advance organizational priorities.
Prior to joining Counsel, Kayla gained experience in both the public affairs and public relations sectors, where she supported advocacy initiatives, stakeholder outreach, and reputation management efforts across a range of policy areas. She has also volunteered with Members of Provincial Parliament and Members of Parliament, assisting with community engagement and constituency outreach, further deepening her understanding of legislative and government processes.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Government Relations from Seneca College.
