With nearly two decades of experience in strategic communications, brand and issues management, digital and social strategy, media relations, public affairs, and campaigns, Chris Ball brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Counsel. 

Most recently, Chris served as the Senior Strategic Advisor to Mayor Olivia Chow, who won a historic by-election in Toronto in 2023. He is a seasoned war room and central campaign veteran at all three levels of government. Chris has a keen eye for public affairs and political strategy and has held multiple senior political roles, including Director of Communications for the Ontario NDP and Special Assistant to Jack Layton, former leader the New Democratic Party of Canada.
